The second bell cracked as well but instead of melting it down the citizens of Westminster decided to repair it instead. Originally the bell sounded quite different. The patchwork changed the sound the bell makes. Its tone and pitch were altered with the repairs. If you ever have the chance to visit the beautiful city of Westminster make sure that you visit the Big Ben clock. You can only imagine what it originally sounded like but I’m sure that its new tone and pitch are quite lovely as well.

There are several things you need to do to help the mama cat train her kitties to develop good cat litter box habits. While the kids may try to follow mom’s example, here’s how you can help cement that success.

First, since kittens are so physically small and they’re still developing coordination and agility, it’s critical that you, the human mom, make sure they can easily get in and out of any cat litter box. The easiest way to do this is buy disposable aluminum roaster pans from your grocery store. Kittens grow as fast as weeds in the summertime, so this is a temporary, but completely justifiable purchase.

If your regular litter boxes are too tall for the babies to climb in and out, they’ll become discouraged and they’ll select the easiest spot (for them, at least) to eliminate waste. Once they get this idea in their little heads, it could be hard to get out. So, don’t give them the excuse…

Yippy, another children’s novel that delves into the supernatural realm of magic and good versus evil. Like that hasn’t been done before.

Have you considered a fine Harry Potter Costume for Halloween, or possible just a costume party? Speaking of costume celebrations, I think I’ve attended some of the largest ones. Coming from Chapel Hill, North Carolina, I’m certainly no stranger to Halloween celebrations. You see, in Chapel Hill, on Franklin Street, a Halloween celebration takes place each year. Okay, that’s an understatement. The street is basically flooded with high school and college students in their Halloween costumes.

One Month Pregnant

Some women instinctively know that they are pregnant pretty much from conception, for others it may not be so obvious. For those who do not realise that they are pregnant the first signs could be nausea, dizziness, feeling very tired, very tender breasts to list a few.  Being 1 month pregnant means that it has been one full month since the beginning of the last period. A woman will ovulate mid way through the menstrual cycle - usually about day 14. If the egg produced is then fertilised it takes another ten days to two weeks for the embryo to fasten itself to the lining of the womb. During this time it is perfectly normal to have some light “spotting” however, if the bleeding becomes heavy and bright red in colour it is important that the woman consults a doctor (if she is aware of the pregnancy). For a woman unaware this would probably just be taken as the start of a new cycle.

There was a pale pink dress that had a very simple cut. The dress was knee length and sleeveless with a short matching jacket. I asked my daughter to try it on because it would be very nice with the jacket for church and then nice and cool without the jacket for the reception. She put on the pink dress and looked wonderful. She was surprised how much the color complemented her complexion. She said she had not worn a pink dress since she was a little girl. She agreed that it would compliment the bridesmaids dress and would be very comfortable to wear. The sales clerk confirmed that the pink dress looked perfect on her. She bought the pink dress for the wedding as well as a pink blouse to wear to work with one of her suits. She was very pleased to rediscover the color of her youth.
