The Short Term Health Insurance Plan
Sometimes, The Short Term Health Insurance Plan can prove to be very cost ineffective for both individuals and families. The main reason for this is that whenever we take out temporary medical health insurance cover, we expect it to be just that – temporary! Sadly, far too many folks and families find that they didn’t get back into full time employment as soon as they thought they might and get the opportunity to join another comprehensive insurance package. Or, in some cases, if they have had some claims or newly diagnosed illnesses or conditions during their last period of insurance, they may find it hard for anyone to cover them in the future. Health insurance can be a nasty business sometimes and even takes on an inhumane face to it as people literally die because they cannot afford to stay alive or their particular insurance doesn’t cover the life saving treatments necessary for their illness. All that we can hope is the problems mentioned above become a thing of the past with the new Obama government.
