Children and Adults with Learning Disabilities
Many would say that no one cares about Children and Adults with Learning Disabilities, so long as it’s not them. But do we really live in a careless society with such selfish attitudes towards our fellows? No, of course we don’t! Although there will always be some who don’t care about those with learning disorders, the fact is that there are more trained professionals and more resources for children and adults with a history of poor achievement than at any time ever. Educators in the past you to blame uneducated folks as people who were lazy or just didn’t try hard enough, but they were not really to blame, b because back then they believed that to be true. In today’s world, we know there are certain people who just need a little extra coaxing and care to bring them up to scratch with their fellows.
